Brick/Siding

I need to have a wall that has brick on the top portion and siding below it on the same wall. Is this possible? Can someone help me.

You can choose the intended wall(s) in cross section, open the wall dbx and specify a pony wall, then assign the from the wall specification dbx from plan view the upper portion to be a wall type with brick exterior and the lower portion to be a wall type with siding. This should give you what you're looking for.
