Top of floor platform at top of wall

I mainly work on commercial buildings where the top of floor is also the top of the wall. I usually set my wall height to be to the underside of the OWSJ, and set the floor thickness (OWSJ + subfloor (qdeck + conc topping) in the framing dialog. Then, I build the floor, go to elevation views, and stretch the top of the foundation wall up to the top of the floor platform, and main floor wall bottom up as well.
For some reason, in the project I am currently working on, it leaves the foundation wall top at where I stretch it, but every time I rebuild WFC - it jumps the bottom of the main floor wall back to the default.

Maybe I am going about this the wrong way??

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I always have trouble remembering three things: faces, names, and - I can't remember what the third thing is.
