fyi..gutters are simply a molding pline, if the box for gutters is checked when you build roof planes, they are auto generated onto the layer Roofs, gutters...

they display the gutter profile as a molding...you can select an edge of the pline and turn them on/off as desired ..you may need to un lock and display the layer first to edit them...
