Schedules

I am making up a master room finish schedule. I outlined it in Excel, copied it and pasted it in CA. Should I save this in the library or cad block so can add or change it as required? What have some of you done for the finish schedule?

I SAVED MINE INTO THE LIBRARY AND AS NEEDED BRING INTO A CAD DETAIL. AMEND AS REQUIRED AND SEND TO LAYOUT
