    Squiggle again

Hi Folks - I posted this question on the chatroom a couple of days ago w/ no response, so I'm trying it here. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

I would like to export and "re-draw" my floor plans and elevations w/ a hand-drawn affect. I used to have Squiggle on my computer, but lost it when I upgraded the computer. I am prepared to buy it again, but before i do, does anyone recommend a different program, and if so, why? Thanks.

I own and occasionally use Squiggle. I like it a lot. It's easy to manipulate. I can't imagine anything that offers as much control and is as user friendly as Squiggle. It's a great little program.

    Adam,
Do you export the chief files to squiggle?
I got the demo, but was unable to use it.

Paint shop Pro and Photoshop ( and others?) are alternatives. Maybe Piranesi, but it is more expensive.

I can't say which is better or easier since I don't have squiggle.

    Skip,

You export a DWG to anywhere, and then open it in Squiggle. Squiggle can't open DWGs newer than AutoCad 2002, so in Chief's export dbx you must select AutoCAD 2000/2000i/2002, which is NOT the default.
