If you get paid by the pound..your fee will increase exponentially. Heavier plan bundles and bigger sheets make the job seem more impressive too. Bids will come back even higher in some cases.

Contractors on the other hand are not happy about carrying around billboard sized plans...(30 x 42 and bigger)....especially on windy days.
11 x 17 job site prints are 'hands down' the most user friendly format ever.
