Entering & editing contour lines
Hi,
After you enter in information (ie elavation points, or known contour lines, etc.) for the terrain drawing, CA builds contours which may or may not be what is desired. After these contours are generated, is there a way the generated contours can be edited and hopefully locked so that CA does not change them in the future when it rebuilds the terrain?
Thanks
Dick

Dick:
Sorry. You can edit terrain data lines but you can not select and edit the generated contour lines.
You can, however, turn the generated terrain countour lines off and add the countour lines you wish to display on a different CAD layer.
If you use lower settings for "Terrain Surface" on the "General" tab of the "Terrain Specification" DBX the generated lines will be closer to any terrain elevation data lines that you used but wil reduce the smoothing for rendered images.Larry
