How to post a picture?
I have figured out how to attach a file, but when I take a Pov Ray picture, and save it to any of the valid file extensions: (txt zip jpg bmp png) it never seems to be below 300KB., so too big to post. I know some of the renderings I have seen on here are much higher file size than mine.
Thanks,

No. The same limit (approx. 100k)applies to everyone. The difference is that some users have programs, like PhotoShop or PaintShop Pro that will allow you to adjust the image or just the file size by adjusting the compression of a jpg image.Larry

If you don't have Photo software, open a free account at www.photobucket.com and storing the pics there will atuomatically compress them and then you can post here or post a link to the image(s) on photobucket.
I liked it as a way to distribute photos to clients/builders so I pay the $25 as it allows for folders and nested folders which is great for organizing by house-floor-room etc.

Thanks Larry,
I actually meant the drawings were much more detailed, therfore they should be a higher file size . Anyone have a suggestion on a cheap program they use for this?

Reduce image size to screen size if needed then open in WIndows Paint and save as JPG. That'll make it small.
