opening pb files

why can't one find all the building floors when he opens a pb
file" this floor does not have a first florr associated with it.

if I open first florr and look at the overview camera the roof and second floor walls are there but no second floor

what did I do wrong"HELP"

I am working in chief 9.5 if I install chief 10 will I lose my pb files?

Why aren't you opening the .PL0,.PL1,.PL2, etc. files? If you have all your .PL files in the same folder, when you open CA, have it set to open .PL1 file.
