Wall Height
I would like to manually design a gable roof so I want to make the wall running down the centre of the building 6 feet higher than the outer walls parallel to it. That is 18' and 12'. Question:How do I edit the wall properties (height) to make the selected wall 18' high?
Thanks for any help.

Chief can do this automatically for you
Try this simple 24' x 32' example:
- Draw the example above
- open the wall dbx on the 24' end and click the roof tab check the Full Gable Wall box...do this for the opposite end also
- place the center wall
- open the room dbx for each half and set the 12' ceiling height, then in the structure tab uncheck Ceiling Over This Room
- build your roofs (in this example you can use the auto roof set to a 6/12 pitch to build the roof)
- this will build the center wall 18' tall
- take a full camera view to confirm this is what you want....

Draw your outside walls, select the room created and open the structure, uncheck ceiling over this room, then any interior walls drawn automatically reach the roof.
