e-mail/stairs

I frequently need to e-mail plan files to another office. I zip them and send them with no problem, however the stairs never seem to make the journey. The plans are complete except for the stairs. We have to redraw them each time we e-mail back and forth. Why is this happening?

you need to include the *.ca files as these contain that and other cad info....
