Insert Layout Page

Hi all, If I have 30 pages in layout and I need to insert a new or revised page between pages 3 and 4, thus creating a new page 4 and bumping all other pages up one number. This will now give me page's 1 -31. Please explain how to do this

Go to the place in the layout where you want to insert a page and then go to tools/ layout/ insert page.
