Stumped on Printer Defaults

I cannot figure out how to get the dbx for layout priting to default to where I left them. I want the radio button under scaling to default to 1 in = 1 in, and the double buffer checkbox to default to checked.

Regardless of how I save the page defaults for the profile plan or for my layout templates, I have to manually check those items each time I print.
