help for insert picture

I have many problems or bugs in CA 10.03a I cannot explain all in write, so I need to insert a picture in the message, but I don't know how I do that, please any one can tell me how I do that or help me.

When you are posting to the forum, scroll down to the Attach file: row and press Browse...

Browse through your computer files to locate the image file you would like to attach to your post and then select it. Pay attention to the file size limit or the image file will not load.
