Join Roof Planes

When I try to "Join Roof Planes" It doesn't want to "join". What am I doing wrong?

We really can't determine until you tell us what you are actually doing, and which version of CA you are using.

Actually, on this question you can, because there is only one catagory of error that will keep this tool from working: The adjoining roof sections are not close enough in terms of base line or the edges to be joined are not close enough (to the correct joining angles) for Chief to finish the joining (RTM[read the manual] on this tool and you will see that edges need to be relatively close for Chief to finish the job).

In other words you still need to make your self learn Chief's 2-D CAD tools, including the manual roof-generator, make yourself RTM and buy and view the available CD-based Chief tutorials-then your all set!
