    Logitech Cordless Trackman Wheel

Anybody using the Logitech Cordless Trackman Wheel? I just got a new one & the speed settings for the cursor don't work in Chief. The speed settings work in all the other programs.
    Sound familiar to anybody?

Sorry Jim but I'm still using a mouse for input. Did you ever get your problem solved? Your post did make me wonder how many Chief users use a mouse versus a trackball or some other device. Maybe someone like Quickdraw can do a poll for us and find out?

    Ken & Tim,
Problem solved. Logitech has an 'advanced' driver for gaming & CAD that I had to download off their website.
    Wow! Does this thing fly.
I looked at the Kensington. I'm hooked on the thumb trackball & the scroll wheel.
Between a brand new PC, pointing device, & v10, I'm havin' fun this week.
    Thanks,
    Jim

    Mouse Preference

Had two versions of Microsoft Intellimouse 3.0 and 4.0, worked fine for a few months then the cursor went crazy.
I found a site chatroom that stated that the "mouse drivers" from Microsoft were "buggy".
Purchased a Kensington Pilotmouse Optical pro and had not had any problems.

Like Tim O' said, go Kensington.

    Dave
