1.Conc Balcony Detail? 2. DB tech files w/V7.0

1. Does anyone have available details for a concrete balcony on 1st floor (over walkout basement)? Exterior walls are brick and so are the balcony support walls which have elliptical arches on all three sides.

2. I'm having trouble opening up DB Tech details with v7.0. Anyone else had trouble with this (I did a search on this and nothing came up over last 30 days).
