Importing 3D symbols

Hi all,

just a short question,

how to avoid that a symbol. eg. a faucet becomes very small?

I tried to change the size, but only the box around it becomes larger.

In the library brower it seems like small dot.

What do I do wrong?

check the unit of measure maybe it's cm intead of mm or maybe ft instead of in
