    Trim Through Door

I have a door sitting on a 36" concrete wall in the lower level of a home and CA does not like the way the middle of the door goes through where there should be rim board and all the other normal stuff including including this base trim.

The question is how can I get rid of this base trim (Going Through my door) in this space we want to be a back door that is splitting floors?

    Thanks
    David

May be you could click in the room to bring up dbx and click on mlding tab. Enter a "0" for base molding.
