What is a DMG File? Do you mean dwg?

If the person that created the file has one of Autodesk's specialty programs, like Architectural Desktop, or some 3rd party add-on software for AutoCAD, then they must explode everything before they save a dwg that you can use to import to Chief.

Understand that not all dwg files can be correctly read by a standard version of AutoCAD if they were created in a special version or with a add-on program unless there is an "Enabler" available.
