I have had a lot of problems with the sinks especially on the apron sinks. I have made several complaints to chief. you should call them to report your issues to so they can fix them! Good luck! :)
I find that I have to create a hole in the counter top using a poly line box then convert to hole in counter-top.
Try that it should help.
Andy.
My students and I have discovered (by accident) that if the depth of the cabinet is 25" rather than 24" the sink will work normally. Not exactly what is going on but it worked. When we tried changing the appliance front offset on the FRONT tab but it didn't help when the cabinet was at 24". Don't know if this will open up any ideas for anyone, but we thought we would share what we discovered.

I've read the posts but haven't had time to learn how to explode blocks and make the suggested changes.
Most of the time if you take a sink that is not cutting the hole correctly in the countertop, just open the sink (symbol), create a new cad block and assign that cad block to the symbol and then it should cut a hole in the countertop just fine. I'll note that the new cad block will look a little different from the original.
