I have a 23 y.o. Design Build firm outside of Boston and am looking for help producing Construction Drawings for remodeling projects. Could lead to a full time position. Very much want someone local who can truly participate in the process. I am not looking to 100% hand off design.

I'm working in both Cambridge and Berkeley, CA now. Chief user and Beta Tester for 15 years. Licensed Architect in California ... not sure I want to pay upwards of $6000 to get my MA license so exploring alternatives.
Extremely experience in Planning/Zoning negotiations.
Extensive experience in energy analysis and codes.
