DXF Into Layout Facility Won't Go.

Hello,

I'm reading in the Chief manual that there are four different types of windows into which a 2D DXF file can be read, one of which is the "layout facility". When I try to import a DXF file into the layout facility it is grayed-out, I can't use it. Any reason?

You need to create a CAD detail page and then import the dxf into that. You can then send it to the appropriate layout page.

You cannot import the dxf directly into the layout page.
